on investment. We perform each project through a judicious
balance of onsite and offshore effort. The relative share of
onsite and offshore work varies from case to case, but generally

We assign a Client Relationship Manager to each client with responsibility for client satisfaction and to ensure all required resources are provided to the project teams. Our goal is to ensure seamless coordination between Hundsun and the client and between onsite and offshore resources.
In an offshore development center (ODC) engagement we implement service level agreements (SLA) for core service areas.
We offer a flexible range of engagement models for our clients, depending on the type of project and budget. Considerations which guide our engagements are as follows:
We offer services based on the following pricing models:
Here, we render services based on a Fixed Price that we quote while submitting our proposal to you. This model is suitable for projects where requirements are clearly defined. The Fixed Price includes all technical fees that we may charge towards delivering the project. Travel and incidental expenses (if any) are charged as per actual, subject to your pre-approval.
Here, you may utilize our resources and skills on a pre-agreed hourly or monthly rate, giving you the flexibility to balance your workload, based on actual requirements and budget
Here we can undertake early project activities such as requirements analysis and high level design on a Fixed Price basis. In subsequent phases we transition to Time & Material pricing. We can also consider shared risk-reward contract types to implement incentives important to both parties to the engagement.
For many services we can negotiate service level agreements. These are more typical in an Offshore Development Center engagement.
