Mr. Liu Shu Feng (Eddie)
President, Hundsun Corporation
Chief Executive Officer, Hundsun Global

In 1995, together with seven other recent graduates, Eddie Liu invested in and established Hundsun Electronics Co., Ltd. which has become one of the leading software companies in China. Mr. Liu was responsible for the marketing strategy, the establishment and development of the core business in financial services, and its market dominance in several vertical markets. His keen sense of the market, exemplary leadership, and exceptional management skills led the company's Securities Software department to its number one position in the securities and mutual fund industries, and as one of the top few providers to banks in China. Virtually every securities trading company, mutual fund company, and major bank in China is a Hundsun client. In 2005 Mr. Liu was named President of our parent company, Hundsun Corporation, and continues to serve as CEO of Hundsun Global. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1992 and received his EMBA degree in 2003 from Guang Hua School of Management, Peking University.

Mr. Timothy Porter
President

Tim Porter began consulting with Hundsun in 2004 and joined fulltime in January 2006 to manage Hundsun Global's operations in China and launch our North American and European's operations. Before joining HG he was Corporate Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and has 30 years of IT industry experience including 20 years in software outsourcing. For the past seven years Mr. Porter has been living and working in China where his experience includes teaching software engineering and project management at one of China's top universities, co-authoring a textbook on software development, and studying the Chinese language, culture, and business environment. He is an expert in mature software and management processes such as the SEI CMMI and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Mr. Jeff Swartz

North America Operations

Jeff Swartz leads Hundsun Global's operations in the U.S. , Canada , and Europe. He has 30 years of experience as a executive and entrepreneur in the IT research and consulting services industry. He is co-founder and former CEO/President of Current Analysis, Inc., the innovative provider of competitive response information solutions to the world's leading telecommunications, IT, and business infrastructure software vendors. Under Jeff's leadership, between 1997 and 2006, Current became the leading advisory firm focused on helping clients achieve competitive advantage through deployment of actionable, tactical competitive intelligence. Jeff also held senior positions with Giga Information Group, Inc. (acquired by Forrester Research), BIS Strategic Decisions (acquired by Giga), and Arthur D. Little Decision Resources. In 2002 he was a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year program.

Mr. He YuYong (James)
Director of Delivery Services & Senior Architect
North American Operations

James is a senior IT expert with 17 years of development experience. He has worked on more than 10 large J2EE projects in the financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare verticals. He has deep experience with J2EE, SOAs, Chordiant, C++, UML, DB2, Oracle, WebSphere, Eclipse, Crystal Report, JBoss, WebLogic, and Rational Rose. A Canadian citizen, James is fluent in English and is based in Sterling, Virginia.

Mr. Yuan Yu (Higgins)
Chief Operating Officer

Higgins Yuan has more than 15 years of IT experience, including 10 in IT services and outsourcing. Starting as a programmer, he has advanced as a DBA, system analyst, project manager, and senior manager. He has successfully implemented solutions for both domestic Chinese clients as well as large multi-national corporations (MNCs), managing projects involving development, testing, maintenance, and quality assurance. As COO of Hundsun Global, he provides overall direction to HG's support of MNCs in China as well as oversight for support services including human resources, recruiting, computing and network infrastructure, and security.
