Our infrastructure encompasses corporate practices, our Quality Management System (QMS), internal processes, sales and marketing processes, relationship management process, and the training and knowledge management program. Corporate Practices. Key disciplines are recognized as essential capabilities for which we must constantly train and improve. These include project management, software development, software testing and client relationship management. QMS. Our quality management system is based on the SEI Capability Maturity Model and the Project Management Institute PMP and is continuously improving. Tata Consulting Services is under contract to assist Hundsun in achieving its goal of CMMI Level 5 by 2008. Internal Processes. Key internal processes such as HR, security and computing and network infrastructure have been formalized and implemented based on internally managed service level agreements.
Training and Knowledge Management. Quarterly and annual training plans are designed to ensure that required skills are available in our staff to satisfy client needs. Our QMS incorporates knowledge capture, repository and dissemination to other staff members that require access.
