Hundsun designed and developed the first "Regional Highway Toll and Traffic Monitoring System" to be used in the Zhejiang Province, and it is the largest such system used in China today. By using innovative traffic control devices and integrating them with GIS technology and other advanced technologies, our system has helped reduce traffic congestion and increase safety.

Transportation engineering has advanced dramatically over the last decade, resulting in new and more flexible traffic control devices, software systems, communications and surveillance technologies, computer hardware, and analysis methods.. Many metropolitan areas have created traffic management centers (TMCs) with closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, traffic and weather sensors, electronic variable message signs (VMS), traffic signals, and ramp meters to monitor and manage traffic flow on streets and freeways. As information is received at the TMC, travelers can be informed of problems via radio, television, the Internet, and VMS along the roadways.

Hundsun can provide a large integrated freeway traffic management system which can improve safety, optimize the capacity of highways and provide a better level of service to motorists without the addition of more traffic lanes. This improvement is accomplished by faster detection and response times to incidents and through balancing of traffic volumes between the highway and other viable alternate routes.
